If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at eoszejewellery@gmail.com

For damaged or defective products, an unboxing video is mandatory as proof of the condition of the package and product at the time of delivery. Please ensure the video is continuous and clearly shows the unopened package, shipping label and the product as it is being unpacked.

Items eligible for exchange must be unused, unworn and in their original packaging. Once your request is approved, we will guide you through the exchange process.

For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or signs of wear.

Sale, personalised and customised pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.
